Spectacle Lenses
We predominately source our spectacle lenses from an Australian owned laboratory based in Adelaide. As an independent practice, we have the freedom to source spectacle lenses from any company. We will utilise the supplier that suits your needs best.
Warranty
Your satisfaction is our priority.
We offer a 2 year warranty on all frames and lenses against material or manufacturing faults and defects. This does not include normal wear and tear.
We offer a 3 month prescription warranty on all our prescriptions. If you have difficulty adapting to your new prescription or if your prescription changes, we will remake the lenses free of charge.
We offer a lifetime service warranty for our eyewear, including free adjustments, cleaning, replacement of nose pads, screws and general care to keep your glasses comfortable and looking good.
